St. Louis became the 18th and newest chapter admitted into the National Association of Guardsmen, Inc. The St. Louis Group, organized as "The Centurions", was elected into membership on November 27,1993, at the National Weekend held in Baltimore, Maryland. A formal installation was held at the Adam's Mark Hotel on February 19, 1994. Dr. Leslie F. Bond was the first president and James M. Trice, Jr. served as secretary.
