| The Guardsmen Organization and the Brooklyn Chapter were born at "Madame Bagley's" in May 1933. Thirteen men had gathered to organize a social club that would reflect their commitment to fellowship, enthusiasm and quality entertainment. From this meeting came the current network of eighteen chapters dedicated to these ideals. Their first entertainment was at the Lido Ballroom in 1933. |
